We want you to LOVE your Live On Goods product!

We take pride in the high quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Live On Goods will accept returns of unused and unwashed products within 60 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid sales receipt.  If you do not have a receipt, but the merchandise is still ticketed, you will be issued a store credit for the current selling price.

Easy Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges must be made with the guidelines of the return policy. 

To return by mail:

  • Fill out the return form enclosed with your package or include the original sales receipt.
  •  Attach the pre-paid Smart Post label that came with your order.
  • Give it to your postal carrier or ship it via USPS.  Please note that a handling fee of $7.95 will be charged against your original method of payment when using the Smart Post label.

The pre-paid shipping can be used only on packages returned from a U.S. address.  You are not required to use the pre-paid label.  You may package it yourself and ship it prepaid, insured using the shipping provider of your choice to:

Please include the return form or original receipt with your package, noting reason for return on the back.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.  Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
